Un service à la clientèle décevant. Le représentant responsable des locations avec qui j’ai traité m’a fourni de l’information erronée et a fait preuve d’un manque flagrant d’attention envers ma demande. Une telle attitude nuit à l’image de l’entreprise et démontre un manque de professionnalisme qui devrait être corrigé. Cette expérience m’a laissé un goût amer et m’incite à confier mes affaires ailleurs.
