What a terrible experience from get go. 27 degree heat in the private unit they rented to me, issue unaddressed despite countless complaints. They set up my contract incorrectly for 7 months instead of 6 and refused to correct issue. On exit they charge $500 "restoration fee"; except there is nothing to restore. Sham charges. Customer service nearly non existent, rude and unhelpful. Regus don't bother responding asking for me to file tickets, I've filed number of them and send multiple emails. We have our office here and can confirm that this place is very good. The front office supervisor Olivia is always there to help whenever you have any concerns or questions. She is super prompt to respond, is considerate and always eager to help. This place is maintained nicely and attracts an overall good crowd.
Stay away from these scammers. They will steal your money in any way possible. They charge you extra and tell you that the invoice can not be changed. They have charged us over $800 just for coffee in 10 months. The agreed upon charge was suppose to be $350. Also their agreement mentions $3.5/sq.ft restoration fee when u r leaving but they charged us $4 instead. They are unethical and shaddy. I wish i had done my research before going with these scammers. Internet is full of negative reviews against them.
