Highly recommend. The location is top-notch and comfortable. Though the customer service is what is exceptional. When our lease auto-renewed without our awareness, they were understanding and after some discussion, waived the extra renewed month. It's quite notable to find such responsive and accommodating service
Don't ever deal with a regus. they will charge for random things and it takes months of fighting to get the money back. All of their operations are in another country and they don't seem to care about local fair business practices. They are over priced and they will find any way they can to charge you a fee for something. There are way better business center options in port coquitlam, mission, pitt meadows, and soon in maple ridge.
Excellent work place
The staff at Regus is so kind and professional. Whether you are renting for a day or for a month, they treat you all the same. The staff (Tracey and Karissa) always have a smile on their face and is willing to help to make your experience memorable and seamless as possible. The office, kitchen and washrooms are always clean. Thanks Ladies for making our stay so great!
