It's been a month since I submitted a request to change call forwarding feature. Currently, our office land line has been set up to forward all the incoming calls to my personal cell phone. This has to be changed so that the incoming calls were forwarded to a different number instead. Never happened.. Been reminding and following up for a month almost on a daily basis!! Needless to say, how much I am disappointed with the customer service of Regus Pacific as having that feature set up properly is critical for the business.
West Georgia location rents to a fake company that was an absolute nightmare to deal with. When I called Regus to report, they said the business was not registered as a tenant. Something weird is going on.
Good professional service, made my life easier and less hassle in my day to day. Always a pleasure working with them. I have been to every center in Vancouver, they all have been a pleasure to deal with. I had Virtual Office there, and used Day office every once in a while, Ruth and Gihan are easy to communicate with and MOST importantly dependable! Wich made my life and day to day easier and stress free. Thank you! Many thanks!!!
