As the old saying goes, nothing cheap is good, and nothing good is cheap. On-site staff are great but Regus itself is an absolute pain to deal with. From wifi to furniture and invoice to communication, this company is broken beyond hope.
It's been a month since I submitted a request to change call forwarding feature. Currently, our office land line has been set up to forward all the incoming calls to my personal cell phone. This has to be changed so that the incoming calls were forwarded to a different number instead. Never happened.. Been reminding and following up for a month almost on a daily basis!! Needless to say, how much I am disappointed with the customer service of Regus Pacific as having that feature set up properly is critical for the business. U... read more
