One bathroom has been out of order since forever, we are missing good soap most of the time, the trash cans aren't always empty the next day meaning it is full of hand paper towels, the coffee machine that is supposed to be for everybody is not working most mornings (when we need it the most), their phone number is not really reachable and ! their snack machine is always almost empty.
Best service for working on the go
Booked a meeting space for two days in October 2024. Was charged for that space upon booking, again in November and again in December. Finally received the credit for November and December and woke up this morning to another invoice for the late payment on their incorrect billing. Now I get to contact them AGAIN to get a credit for the late payment invoice. How can a business have such horrible accounting practices??? Jan 2025 - the saga continues and my credit card has been charged the full amount again. Unbelievable.
