Wish I could give 0 stars. International Workplace Group and Regus Management LLC are parent companies to other companies such as HQ, Spaces etc. This company is pretty much a scam. They charge you hidden fee after fee when you rent an office with them. I paid $1,500 MORE than expected. BEWARE! Also it's not very clean (varies wildly with different offices) and they do not answer the phone or respond to complaints.

I cancelled my membership for which i paid two monthly payment and deposit, but they are charging for new month and restoration fee ( which i used for 15 days- nothing to restore) Additionally, i was charged for coffee machine and wifi, which i specifically instructed office members not to add when i started to use office. I would have given 0 star if i can, DONT USE THIS OFFICE.

If I could give zero starts I would. I was charged for for 2 extra months after I cancelled my account in the app, through written email communication, and in-person with the office staff. I only used an office space for one month and they charged me for 3 months, and they did not refund my deposit, resulting in over $1000 in charges. Barbara from the corporate office was supposed to look into this, but it has been 3 months and nothing has been resolved. I was accidentally charged for an extra month even though my membership was supposed to end—still trying to get my refund. Also, I was under the impression that coffee was free, but then I found out they charge $40 a month for it. It felt like I was being misled.
