NO STARS! I have been renting an office space when COVID escalated and needed an office to work. That has been 5 years of rent paid on time for 5 years. Now that life is happening and I need to close down my office, they will not give me a early cancellation. They want me to pay the full monthly price until the lease is up. NO COMPASSION. NONE. The sales reps and customer service on Regus, 5 Concourse parkway Atlanta are very deceptive. I have been here over a decade now; it's time I leave now. Most new clients leave before the end of their lease term because of deception when signing lease. You tell them you need a one-year lease, they intentionally set you up for 3-year lease without your knowledge. Avoid Regus at All Costs – Predatory Contracts and Zero Accountability Our small business signed up with Regus for what we thought was a simple 3-month virtual office agreement while we relocated to a larger facility. Wireless internet connection is terrible. When asked for assistance, was only told to keep trying. Had no success after 30 minites and still had to pay for the use of the office!

Regus is a scam. Signed up for a membership because I needed a private office for a few days. Customer Service advised that I needed to cancel the membership before the end of the month otherwise I would get charged for November. That’s no big deal, makes sense. So last week I logged in to cancel my membership. Went through the cancellation process but the system wouldn’t cancel my membership until the end of November. Terrible experience. They are not transparent in any of their business practices. I was sold on the fact that I can use other offices around the state as part of being a “gold” member. I was charged an extra $60 each time I used another location. 8 weeks to get your deposit back. Kitchen and coffee charges wether you use it or not.
