I've never experienced a more unprofessional service in my life. Regus canceled their agreements with all their tenants without any notice and have left myself (and others) with a retainer balance and a balance for monthly rent in limbo for almost 6 weeks with no insight to when we are supposed to receive the return of our funds. Almost 4000.00 in payments with no insight to when I will be receiving the money back. Regus in Medicine Hat is a fantastic location set in prime downtown location 640 3rd ST SE and easy access to transit and the airport. The interior of the center has a fresh, modern feel.with amenities available. Plenty of flexible workspace options are available at a range of affordable options. The Center Team are amazing-very friendly, professional and quick to answer any questions or assist with a task.Highly recommend this location to meet all your business needs.
The Reception and service are exceptional and so easy to speak with! I was in need of help regarding signing up over the phone and one of the Regus Staff, (a young man named Travis) who was extremely helpful, kind, and patient!
