Beware of the remediation fee and auto-renew policies. I was going through difficult personal circumstances and needed to stay close to a family member for only a short period of time. The salesperson was aware of this, yet still sold me a membership without being transparent about the terms and fees. The front desk staff were always kind and pleasant, which I appreciated. But overall, I feel very hurt and disappointed by how this situation was handled and taken advantage of during an already stressful time.

I was asked to move out of my office during an active lease simply because another client wanted it, with the explanation that the contract allows this. This decision, which seems to come from sales/management rather than the staff, seriously affects trust and stability for tenants. The staff on-site are very friendly, helpful, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate their support. Friendly people, but a very disappointing and unprofessional management decision.
