Updating my review. Their reply is absolute BS...they have no interest in helping. Strongest possible warning to avoid doing business with Regus...simply unethical from top to bottom. Note that during this process I tried to reach out to both the head of service and the head of HR through LinkedIn and received no reply. Daneen, the site manager actively refused every requested to speak with a supervisor or regional manager. they don't answer their phone
Absolute nightmare! At best they are disorganized, at worst they are actively deceptive. I reached our in October 2024 looking for a 3-week office rental during a home office remodel in November. Two months later, I'm still getting charges and no one will take responsibility to clean up their internal accounting issues. I will update my review as this matter advances, but for now I feel obligated to caution anyone contemplating doing business with Regus.
