Very inconsistent and disappointing experience I’ve used Regus locations many times and never had an issue until I visited the Glades Road office in Boca Raton. The staff here seemed to treat people based on mood or who you are, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unpredictable. Disappointing experience at Regus Glades Road – something to be aware of: I’ve been using Regus locations for years, both in the U.S. and internationally, and generally have had good experiences — especially at Mizner Park, Fort Lauderdale, and even this Glades Road location before. That’s why today’s experience was really disappointing. If you continue to spam me i will consult legal counsel
When we entered in to the agreement we had a lot of trouble getting a working key to the office. I had to continue to follow up with them. There is no notification if you receive mail. IF I ever need a service like this again Regus would be may last option. Also be sure you are aware of all the ancillary charges.
