When we entered in to the agreement we had a lot of trouble getting a working key to the office. I had to continue to follow up with them. There is no notification if you receive mail. IF I ever need a service like this again Regus would be may last option. Also be sure you are aware of all the ancillary charges.
horrible corporate company- doesn't care about members
Total scam. Site says "private office starting at $449 per person". When it says "starting at " you expect it to be higher than what's advertised. They quoted me $1050 for a 1 person private office.
