Great location and service
They keep charging my card after cancelling and they ignore emails asking them to look into it in the past. Theft? Fraud? I don't know but stay away. Not only do they do this, but they also have a despicable policy of cancellations not going through until *the month after the current one* unnecessarily keeping people on the hook for something they don't want. Greedy, overcharges, dishonest, and unresponsive about sums up this place.
Signed a 1 yr lease that they auto renewed at month 9, now I'm seeing charges for 3x the original monthly amount. This is crazy and clearly fraudulent
