Disappointed with my experience at this Regus location. While I've had positive interactions at other Regus offices, the service here fell short of expectations. The front desk staff seemed more focused on upselling private office space than assisting with my immediate needs. I was charged for a late checkout despite being only 5 minutes over time. I'll be returning to other Regus locations where I've received more accommodating service.

Horrible Customer Service. I have to come in early because of Eastern Time Zone to Central Time Zone differences. First time, the front desk provided a code to the door and said "no problem"- Welcome Dr. Sells. I call this week and the new person says too bad so sad. We now have to charge you $75. No consistency. And when I brought this inconsistency to their attention, they said too bad, so sad. So much for the customer is always right. A penny wise, a pound foolish. First off, Justin is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!! His customer service, recommendations, and advise was paramount. Stan was very good about giving me the break-down on the lease. Coffee is very good. Offices are very clean, as are the restrooms'. Easy roof access. My window view is hard to beat! AC/Heat is accessible. 10/10
