Rented from them for 1 year and vacated April 30th. I have yet to have the retainer returned. I have informed them on numerous occasions that the retainer has not posted to my bank account. I have asked that they simply mail a check since it is clear that for whatever reason, the electronic transfer does not work. They refused and have not responded to my latest mail.
