Had a one star review up that detailed the reservation and cancellation I made (was supposed to reserve a meeting room for the entire day, accidentally booked it for an hour). They refused to refund that booking (for $35) and after I posted a review, got an email from their support saying that they will credit that charge to any future bookings I make with Regus. Not considering HVAC enough has made most rooms in here uncomfortable. Weird setup where you need to walk around the whole floor just to get to the bathrooms.
