No flexibility in business hours. If you don't have yourself a private office. It's hard to booked outside of normal business hours. This concepts is only for business that run within normal working business hours of 9-5 M-F. Even if you want access to the lounge area you can't use it after hours and on weekends.

This service is BOGUS . We have an office in OHIO CROSSWOODS . APPARENTLY SOMEONE SIGNED FOR OUR CHECK ON MARCH 15TH . THE RECEPTIONIST I TALKED TO WAS NOT HELPFUL. THIS COMPANY IS UNTRUSTWORTHY . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Do not waste your time. This has been the worst experience ever. We reached out in October 2022 to start an account. We received an account with the wrong name and informed their office. They sent information with a new account and correct name. What they did not do was close out the original account. This account has not only been accruing for months, but has been sent to collections. We have reached out to them more than 10 times over the last 5 months and it is still not resolved. I am a benefits consultant and have the freedom to work from anywhere...But I choose to get a private office from Regus in Appleton. I cannot say enough about this company, staff and treasure of the office product that they offer. Available conference rooms, kitchen, office supply area, common area and working around many other people like me.
