Very helpful and patient with getting us back into the groove with all the movements. Got a good full body workout today.
I had so much fun back in class — I am always thankful for the thorough explanations about why something is programmed during the pre workout brief as well as the movement demos and personal scaling. The workout was super fun and it was nice to get feedback on my form as well as correction. During the conditioning piece the energy was high and I was grateful to be pushed in a way that made me feel determined to work hard. Looking forward to the gains to come!! This must be the highest caliber gym in NV.
For over a week I’ve called, left a voicemail, emailed twice, submitted an inquiry through their website, sent a message over Facebook, and personally stopped by the gym in the hopes of getting a hold of someone, anyone, with zero luck. It seems impossible to speak with a representative of this gym. Giving an extra star for the great location in proximity to where I live. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to update this review if I’m fortunate enough to get a reply from these folks.
Looks like a great place, but I can’t get a response from anyone. Stopped by months back and couldn’t get in to talk to anyone. I’ve called probably 6 or 7 times with two voicemails left. Never any answer. Left a message on instagram with no response. This is over like a 3-4 month period. Wish there was another place like this out this far that actually got back to you.
