An excellent gym with what I believe are great trainers. I was given a bit of help to do some movements better, which I really appreciated. I want to show up and know I’m doing the best thing for my body and that was exactly what I got here.
Another great session with Miles today! He’s very intentional about improving each workout, always emphasizing proper form and tailoring his coaching to each person’s ability. That approach has been especially helpful for my 13-year-old son, who is also one of his athletes.
Did my first training today, it was a great experience! Miles took his time with me and explained all the exercises in detail. Had a great time, definitely the best gym in town!
Very helpful and patient with getting us back into the groove with all the movements. Got a good full body workout today.
I had so much fun back in class — I am always thankful for the thorough explanations about why something is programmed during the pre workout brief as well as the movement demos and personal scaling. The workout was super fun and it was nice to get feedback on my form as well as correction.
