I had a very disappointing experience here. The owner herself cut my hair, but kept stopping mid-cut to chat with other clients and assist her staff. All of these interruptions led to the worst haircut I’ve ever received. My layers are completely uneven - the left side is not symmetrical to the right, and it became glaringly obvious once I washed and styled it myself at home.
