Disappointed: Booked a virtual consult, received an email confirmation and subsequently a reminder with Frainelys Cruz, 4 days later not even a call or email to apologize or reschedule or an explanation as to why I was not contacted for the consultation! If this is the consultation I won’t even need an explanation, my sign this place is not it! No professionalism or respect
