Tim did an excellent job of regrouting my shower. He promptly answered my initial enquiry, his quote was fair, he consulted with me on grout colour choices, and he arrived when he said he would. There were several small holes in my tiles from grab rails that had been replaced and he carefully filled them so they are barely noticeable. I would happily recommend Tim as a skilled, careful and conscientious tradesman.
