Last time I ever do business at Rego's Auto Body!! After being a long-time customer there spanning over 10 years, ran into a situation where a car needed repair. I immediately referred them to Rego's as it was my go-to auto body repair shop. However, the person had gotten quotes elsewhere in the vicinity of $275. Rego's charged $1000! Rego's is an EXCELLENT full-service auto body shop.They go above and beyond and they are the best hands down. They help with everything from pick-up to rental car to dealing with annoying claims adjusters. All you do is drop your car off and they handle the rest. Plus, an added bonus, will get your car back cleaned/reconditioned.
Don't bother going here if you have an older car, they basically shrugged me off after a mere glimpse of my vehicle. The lady told me that the car would be considered a total loss and just walked off. I took the vehicle to be inspected by an insurrance adjuster someplace else and after inspecting it they wrote me a check on the spot for the repairs. A little bit of respect and time would have been must appreciated, not everyone can afford fancy cars but a good attitude and respect is free!
