I have never seen a therapist before I scheduled an appointment with Rego Park Counseling and I did not know what to expect. Since day one the front desk staff is always timely, friendly, and very communicative with scheduling. My therapist Sam is simply stellar. She has been always attentive to my concerns, caring in approach, and sensitive to my needs. My appointments with Sam at Rego Park Counseling has been a totally positive experience that has enhanced my everyday life 100%

I made a appointment to see someone and they call me the day of the appointment and reschedule me to 415 pm then call me back at 2pm and cancel my appointment and tell me sorry we’re not taking new patients at this time after I take of work for my appointment very unprofessional and total disrespect

I had a very disappointing experience at Rego Park Counseling with Anastasia, the psychologist/therapist. I booked multiple appointments and consistently waited over two hours sometimes even longer without being seen on time. It’s frustrating and confusing why they schedule appointments if they can’t honor them. The office is clearly overbooked, and at one point, sessions were even being held in the hallway due to lack of space. This is completely unprofessional and not an environment conducive to therapy.
