The HOA here is probably the most inconsiderate association I've done business with. The parking in the community is Horrible! They will tow your car and put a tow violation sticker on your vehicle if you do not park infront of your house or garage. I've spent over $600 in tow fees since I've live here in the last 3 years. It's just ridiculous. Other than the HOA, the neighborhood/community is pleasant. Just be aware of the HOA owners/tenants.
