This is the seed time I have used Rego . Each time I found the representatives to be professional and also pleasant. Everything that the did was explained in a way that I cold understand. I would gladly recommend them.
They tech came assess the unit, gave price unable to fix the A/C. Somehow the are professional, because when I called back to report the issues remain the same, the tech came back to the unit reassess, gave me a vague answer and then left. No satisfaction at all !
