I called to have them out again to repair a counter. My appointment was a week and half out and was scheduled for 10AM. The wife messaged me at 10:15, stating the tech will arrive as where from 11:30-12:00. I called and sent many messages at 12:30 and got crickets. My texts shown “read”, so I know she received my messages. I took the day off work for no reason. Will never do business with them again.
They promised to arrive at 9:00 AM, but no one showed up. After many calls, we were finally informed that the time had been changed to 1:00 PM—without notifying us. That is not what we were promised. New reply for their lies: We were initially impressed by how responsive this company was when providing an estimate—the price was great and communication was quick.
