The people in the front office are something else… The lady, I forgot her name, just doesn’t know much and therefore isn’t very helpful with any issues you may have. And then Alex, with his own office, is the rudest, most ignorant and unprofessional person I have met yet. Bot only is he not helpful, he tells you no in the most degrading manner possible.
