I have been waiting in an empty waiting room for over 2 hours all the people who work here cant help me because only one lady can print a copy of a birth certificate. Its open until4:30 according to a sign in here but she took her break at 3:30 something and came back at 4pm. She was able to help the person in front of me and then started mine and said the computers were down, an I.T. came and said that they were working, but she said she had to go somewhere and she will come back. but that was around 4:20pm... now its 5:35p... read more
