We bought a truckload of furniture. 104 pieces to be exactly, but each peace of sofa was a unit plus there was no sofa complete. We call they said you should see the manifested. We told them we did but when we looked up there was no way found them on Google because like she said they are discontinued. She say this truckload had no complete sets because it was mark as partial. I mean if she put that in the description I would never buy it. I want to give credit where it’s due the owner stepped in, addressed the situation directly, and made it right. They took the time to resolve the problem and showed they do care about their customers and their reputation. Mistakes can happen in any business, but how a company handles it is what matters, and in this case, they stood behind their service and worked toward a fair resolution. I appreciate the effort to fix the issue and turn the experience around.
Would recommend anyone looking for deals on truckloads of appliances to shop with these guys great deals.
