The staff at RPT are friendly and professional, and work to give me the best treatment with as little discomfort as possible. I appreciate their caring attitude.
The therapists and their trainers are amazing. Okay no complaints whatsoever about my service received here, they were phenomenal and really helped me out. The one star is for the billing. I have a high deductible account. I asked the receptionist in January what my new co-pay was. She replied it was the same. I asked her to verify and she said that it was the same again. So I kept going. Then suddenly like a month or two down the road my bill quadrupled. So I kept going and paying the new amount but far less often. Then her... read more

Always fabulous
Dealt with foot tendonitis for over 1.5 years and got it under control in a few months at RPT with Alex and everyone's help. Only thing I'd do differently is go sooner
