I have been here 3 times now. The first time 2 years ago was the only time that it really worked out. My PT was Colin Andrew's. The 2nd time last year didn't work out as my PT was too busy to pay much attention to me at all. He was spread too thin. And he never did get a decent routine done for me. So I just left one day because I was feeling crummy and just never went back. The PT told me he would call me to check on me, and then he Never did! So far my 3rd time is the very worse. The physical therapists here are very knowledgeable . They know just how far to push the exercises to gain function but still be comfortable. I worked mostly with Alex. He was great. The PT aids and staff were very personable . All in all it was a great experience.
I went there and so did my husband. 1st they are friendly but they were really friendly with each other. They gave my husband exercises to do and walked away said they would be back to give him new ones. They never did come back do my husband left and went him he. They called us to find out why he had left. When I was there the therapist was really good but when it came to doing the exercises they aides showed me what to do and then went and chatted with the rest of the staff. Working with Jared and the RPT team has been awesome. The work was difficult and hard, but we did it and we got the results we wanted.
