The staff is friendly, but their policies are NOT. I had an appt at 5:30pm today, and got in the door at 5:41pm, yes I was 11 minutes late because, you know, I have to Work, then drive through traffic & stuff. They had already marked me No Show, charged a $50 no-show fee and canceled my appointment. I understand that many places need to keep their schedule, but I've never run across such a harsh 10 Minute limit before. I had two rotator cuff surgeries in 4 months. My goal was to get healthy fast. My Orthopedic Surgeon told me that RPT Sandy was an ideal place to go and he was VERY pleased I booked appointments with Steven Jackson, DPT & Director. I was able to avoid back and neck surgery because of the care and therapy I received from Steve and staff at the Sandy clinic. They were so attentive and supportive. I learned so many lessons that help in my daily life to avoid pain.
