I was having one of those days, and way over due for a haircut. I asked around and a few people recommended Beauty Bar, so I stopped in. They got me in right away. All the staff was so courteous. My stylist Lindsay, was fantastic and made me feel relaxed and comfortable right away. She listened to what I was looking for, and then I left it in her capable hands. Very disappointed with my haircut and color, asked for long bob don't look like it, asked for ombre color nothing like it but yea was charged $150.00 for the service that was not at all what I asked and this was manager that did this , so no don't recommend
After many years I've finally found my stylist. Shellane is the best I've ever had! I highly recommend her

Color great but shady business practices. They will quote you one price but add additional services that they charge you for at the end but don't tell you while they do. I felt the business practices were unethical and will not go back. I was quoted 65 and walked out with 130 in charges because of all the hidden services. SHADY

Shaundra was great and very professional. I got highlights in my hair and they turned out exactly how I wanted them to!
I went here to just get a root touch up and a few highlights. I did not want too much and I am new to Lubbock so did not know where to go or where to start to find a new stylist. I got right in and now I see why it was so easy. The woman who did my hair had no idea what she was doing. What should have taken maybe an hour at the most ended up being 3 hours.
