My Mum has been at Regis Port Macquarie for 2 years now and is well cared for by friendly kind staff,she enjoys the Chef prepared meals and quiet relaxed atmosphere. I have always had helpful advice whenever I need it from friendly knowledge management and am welcomed every time I visit ☺️
My mother, despite being a reluctant aged care resident has described the experience as ‘uplifting’. Beyond and above her expectations. She has a delightful ground level room with a view of some very active bower birds. Our experience of Regis is that it feels very familial and not at all clinical. Very much like home with far better cooking! Thanks team Regis!
Our family could not be happier with the expert care and consideration mum is receiving at Regis, Port Macquarie. The atmosphere is relaxed, peaceful and friendly, the food delicious and the staff absolutely wonderful. There seems to be a lovely camaraderie between staff, which indicates a great workplace culture that has a direct impact on residents.
