My father stayed here for respite care and we had to remove him after four days due to safety concerns and neglect. Staff often didn’t respond to his call bell, he was left without help for basic needs, and a fall hazard was left in his room. Despite raising these issues, nothing improved. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this facility.
