I hardly know where to start...I have paid in advance for service for about 4 yrs, however kept receiving a statement (6 -8 times) by Gmail to pay $2,800 . Weeks of contact to correct their mistake finally sorted discrepancy out. I Received an overpayment cheque for $49.95 as I had to cancel service ,way too much anxiety to stay any longer with Regis!
