Nursing staff here are expert, knowledgeable and hardworking. They have been easy to communicate with and treated my parents, who have complex medical issues, with care and kindness. The attendants have done a stellar job. We enjoy having coffee in the little cafe area. The optional seated exercise activities have been excellent.

Continually extremely disappointed with the poor level of care at Regis East Malvern. The level of care is appalling. The training of the carers is non-existent. The level of hygiene is appalling - supposedly once a week clean of each room - does not happen and my mother’s room has food and excretions on the floor for over a week on several occasions and not cleaned up.
