Continually extremely disappointed with the poor level of care at Regis East Malvern. The level of care is appalling. The training of the carers is non-existent. The level of hygiene is appalling - supposedly once a week clean of each room - does not happen and my mother’s room has food and excretions on the floor for over a week on several occasions and not cleaned up. Avoid!! This aged care is beyond a disgraceful joke!!!!
I came to visit my grandma last week and was greeted by the office manager Sharon, she was absolutely amazing so friendly and very helpful. I feel very happy that my grandma is in a such a wonderful facility with wonderful staff around her .
