My Uncle passed last night and my Aunty is also at Regi. The compassion from the staff was awesome. The love my aunt and uncle received/receive is 10/10. They asked if we wanted lunch and we all said no but they came with an assortment of sandwiches and drinks "just in case" we did eat lunch. Thank you thank you x

I was lucky enough to have my father here for the last 19 months of his life. The staff were just amazing, I can’t thank them enough for the love and care they provided to my father. Some of the staff came to dad’s funeral and I was very grateful because they really did know dad. So many stories of his behaviour made me laugh. They really got to know him. Thank you Regis!

My mother was in Regis to give me a break for 1 month, they were not looking after her properly. They did not get a Drs to look at her even though she was in pain 24/7 after Dr Jason Wong damaged her internally removing her gallbladder. Mum ended up malnourished & in RBH fighting for her life, I was asked if I wanted to keep her alive she was so ill. She ended up having a stroke & is now in a wheelchair in another home. They all have to be watched as none of them look after our family properly, she is in another home now per... read more
