Having my mum totally bed ridden, Regis Burnside is not the place to be. Physiotherapy is non existent, even though it was promised to help getting mum up and out of bed! Equipment breaks, continence products are not changed even after requesting support more than once, pain meds not given during the night when needed, food is below average, doctors are hard to come by, even when needed. So many false promises. So disappointing! Just don't!

As a carer role applicant, I jumped through all their hoops eg sap forms - despite emailing all referees as also requested! then told the forms never came through! NO confirmation number yet screen changed said it all went thru!!! It was just assumed that I had done the wrong thing! In fact it was the sap software! They jump to incorrect conclusions and make ludicrous HURTFUL assumptions- even hr has no interest in helping! Phoned and told 'oh HR don't actually take inquiries! What arrogance!!
