As a carer role applicant, I jumped through all their hoops eg sap forms - despite emailing all referees as also requested! then told the forms never came through! NO confirmation number yet screen changed said it all went thru!!! It was just assumed that I had done the wrong thing! In fact it was the sap software! They jump to incorrect conclusions and make ludicrous HURTFUL assumptions- even hr has no interest in helping! Phoned and told 'oh HR don't actually take inquiries! What arrogance!! Since Dad moved into Regis 4 months ago, we've been continually impressed by levels of care & communication shown by all levels of staff and management. Particularly happy with the maximum practicable level of independence afforded to residents.
