Having my mum totally bed ridden, Regis Burnside is not the place to be. Physiotherapy is non existent, even though it was promised to help getting mum up and out of bed! Equipment breaks, continence products are not changed even after requesting support more than once, pain meds not given during the night when needed, food is below average, doctors are hard to come by, even when needed. So many false promises. So disappointing! Just don't!
