Ms. Candance, a receptionist for the radiology department, had the rudest attitude when I called for scheduling an appointment. The first time I called she was already in a mood but I figured it was an early morning so I just brushed it off. 0 stars for scheduling & customer service. My daughter was seen by a Health Partners neurologist who ordered an MRV (MR Venogram, checking for blood clots, so fairly urgent). They soonest they could get her in for the scan was over 3 weeks out. We attempted to contact the doctor to get it expedited. No help. Two more calls to the imaging center and found out they're replacing one of the machines. Ok. Other locations? No they're booked too. Dawned on us to try the Park Nicollet imaging phone #.
