I was in the ER with an ankle injury. They are extremely efficient with tests and X-rays being done while waiting for a room to open up. There are separate little rooms for cases that are quick to treat, reducing wait times for everyone. Now, it's an ER and there will be waiting times but they know their jobs and staff was friendly, helpful, and good at what they do.
They courteous at the emergency side where they can help you
Good people
Very busy at the ER. The East Metro area is understaffed and the staff is overworked. A difficult situation for all.
