Was here a while ago. The nurses were pretty unhelpful here and honestly kind of rude and even snarky to myself and my wife. The place was clean...but the main reason for the 1-star rating was because after giving birth, we felt like we were in jail/held hostage. We were there an additional 4 days because the staff couldn't get the person with the papers to come into our room. I am not usually the kind to leave bad reviews however when I gave birth here back in 2024, I had an awful experience. I came in for an induction however none of the nurses helped me or advocated for me when I was in pain. None of the nurses helped me switch or change positions for the most optimal birthing positions. From 2021: we had one nurse who was awesome and the anesthesiologist was also an angel. I was pushed to c section citing heartbeat deceleration after I heard them confirm and felt that the monitor had problems staying in place. Everything that point on was super fast with minimal explanation. Lost 3 liters of blood and day 3 post op feeling worse than ever awesome nurse finally advocates for a transfusion. My wife and I delivered our first at the Birth Center via scheduled induction. A near perfect experience. All of the medical professionals we saw were amazing, knowledgeable, and kind. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. The Midwive and Nursing teams communicated actively and ensured comprehension while always staying extremely professional and friendly.
