The team at Regions Burn Center is incredibly caring, understanding, and professional. Experiencing a serious burn can be very frightening and stressful, especially when it disrupts your entire life. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. When they treated my burn wounds, they were gentle and reassuring. I can highly recommend them.

Do not recommend here for OT at all, go to HCMC if you want to receive quality service & care. Regions will drop you as a patient & refuse to service you even though it’s a work comp case. Very disappointing on empathy, communication, care, exercise programs, being present for the whole appointment, supplies & everything in between I forgotten. My toddler was seen virtually because we live far away. He had a palm burn and was sick of waiting rooms so being able to see Dr. Bennet from our living room was very helpful. He treated us very well and consistently asked what supplies we needed, then he had everything overnight shipped to our house! I couldn't say enough good things about the care we received.
