My mom is having a very extensive surgery today, and from the moment we arrived, the staff at Regions were gracious, calm, and incredibly kind. In such a vulnerable and high-stress situation, their steadiness made all the difference. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member we encountered treated us with compassion and patience. Being in the hospital can feel overwhelming, but the professionalism and warmth here truly brought a sense of peace. The chapel was especially meaningful to me. Absolutely.The worst hospital in the Twin Cities metro area.Besides, h, c, m, c, this hospital should have been shut down instead of St. Joseph's Hospital.Saint joseph's hospital was one of the most historic hospitals that should have stayed open , This hospital is complete garbage.They're their doctors Are good, but the overall customer serves.This hospital is absolutely horrible
If your loved one has to stay here for any period of time and you would like to avoid preventable injury I would highly suggest bringing your social security card and a 1099 for a short contracting job so you ensure that doesn’t happen. Once is an accident twice is complete negligence
