Inappropriately discharged a family member back home after being hospitalized. This family member didn't have their meds, oxygen, or any help and it’s obvious they need assistance with these things. Their feeding tube wasn’t placed correctly, causing medication to leak out. This family member is now dead and it all began after regions hospital neglected to care for them.
I brought my mom here today and was sitting around 4 hours in the lobby then was brought back in a room then was randomly kicked out which was very disrespectful my mom didn't get the help she came in for I will never recommend no one to come here.
