I can’t say enough great things about Compass Health Insurance. This is my second year using Amanda’s services, and I continue to be thoroughly impressed. I recently had an appointment with an ophthalmologist and was pleasantly surprised to pay nothing out of pocket. Under my previous insurance, that visit would have cost me $50. I recently enrolled and was trilled with getting insurance a few days ago. I got my dental and vision access right away. A few days later I was not aware of that I only received a discount card versus an actual insurance medical card. This is new for me And was not certain after using this card and paying full price for care. I then called and communicated four different times with customer service and was told to give a call back and that they would email me the copy and access that I needed to obtain this.
