On here and on maps it say they are 24 hrs in which no bank is they close at 5pm they need to change the hours

The atm has been broken two different days I went there in the last month. It’s also awkwardly far away from the actual bank.

Very nice tellers and managers. They even called me about my business with the Federal government loan application. Very convenient location for me since I live in East Point. Like our Mayor declare, "Ain't no Point like East Point".

The atm took my money and this dog on atm never works for deposits I’m severely thinking about going to another bank because of the repeated problems with this machine and the other machine in camp creek is the same damn way!!!!!!! Omggggg I’m getting sick of this!!! You need to get better REGIONS!!!! You’re about to lose some good customers!!!!

The ATM ate my money. I had to go all weekend without my funds being that the 1800 number given on the receipt only took calls on Monday through Friday. I called the number on a Monday and I still have to wait until they investigate. I don't know how long that would take. So now it is a waiting game. The company needs to develop a better procedure for reimbursing customers their money, and also offer a fee for customers inconvenience.
