I opened an account with Regions Bank a few months ago after seeing a promotion offering a $300 bonus for opening an account and setting up direct deposit. I made the initial deposit when opening the account online and later set up direct deposit. Since then, my paychecks have been deposited and I’ve built up a balance in the account. Very horrible customer service when I walked in there there was this lady with glasses and braids didn’t even acknowledge me. She was talking to other customers. She saw me and didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t greet me. Nothing at all. I asked her for questions. She’s told me can’t you see I have customers so I think she was racial profiling me and that is not cool. I was coming to regions to open up a bank account because I’ve heard really good things about them and the way that Lady treated me at this location was horrible

This team was incredible! Wow I would highly recommend this branch to people looking for a family friendly environment and to service any banking needs.
