Very horrible customer service when I walked in there there was this lady with glasses and braids didn’t even acknowledge me. She was talking to other customers. She saw me and didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t greet me. Nothing at all. I asked her for questions. She’s told me can’t you see I have customers so I think she was racial profiling me and that is not cool. I was coming to regions to open up a bank account because I’ve heard really good things about them and the way that Lady treated me at this location was horrible
Atm never works
This team was incredible! Wow I would highly recommend this branch to people looking for a family friendly environment and to service any banking needs.
Have been banking with Regions bank for years. Live this branch. Friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone
