Bank manager went above and beyond for me at a difficult time.
Very very helpful. Especially as a student with an account they were friendly and took the time to explain everything I had questions about. Would highly recommend!
I needed a new bank account asap. I went to Chase and besides the vibes being off with the people that worked there, they said I couldn’t be seen for 2 weeks and didn’t seem to care. Cool, whatever. Called Regions and Sumner Baggett picked up. I told him my situation, he assured me banking with Regions would be great. I went there immediately and so thankful I did. Sumner was amazing! The regions employees and survey email people asked me to leave a review. Im not sure who actually checks these but it’s weird they have a 2.9 rating on google. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. My partner is going to try and get an account and loan tomorrow from them so wish him a low interest rate. ✌🏻
