I have been a customer at regions bank for twenty five years and have enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there!
This branch is the worst branch. The people are rude. I went in the morning trying to deposit some coins so I can pay some bills and I was told I would have to pay a 5 dollar fee and have my coins shipped off to be counted and it could take up to 5 business days. I had called the bank to see if I could bring the voins up there to begin with. I was told yes. I'm so annoyed. This is not the first time I have had problems with this branch. im the driver and my brother wanted to cash a check.The website says you can bring in a id and they can cash a check for a fee.He goes in with id and check but gets turned back cause it is a out of state id and needs a second form of identification and was told a birth certificate or ssc would work.so i drive us all the way back home to get those forms of id and then we return to get told"no it has to be one of these very specific forms of identification"after you just told us it can be a birth certificate .Anywhere else in ... read more
