The Majestic Lodge Rd. branch manager has no clue how to work a computer. The teller had to help her with a simple email. She spoke to me as if I was a criminal without looking, calling, or researching my problem... Update. I'm paralyzed from the chest down and unable to come inside the bank. Randy the branch manager told me that I would have to come inside for my transactions. I have been a customer at regions bank for twenty five years and have enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there!
This branch is the worst branch. The people are rude. I went in the morning trying to deposit some coins so I can pay some bills and I was told I would have to pay a 5 dollar fee and have my coins shipped off to be counted and it could take up to 5 business days. I had called the bank to see if I could bring the voins up there to begin with. I was told yes. I'm so annoyed. This is not the first time I have had problems with this branch.
