As a Regions Priority banking customer I always feel welcome with warm greetings and they always make sure that i stay on track of all of my financial goals and shout out to banker Ms.Taylor Browning who went above and beyond to assist with all my banking needs
I pulled up to the drive thru a few minutes before closing. Their sign was still green and said open. One employee was already assisting a customer but two were chit chatting at the computer. Both glanced over at me but hey ignored me and didnt even bother to say they were closed. I understand them not wanting to help me so late in the day. There is a clear need for more bank tellers. One person alone should not be handling inside AND drive through, especially at peak times. Please hire some more tellers!
