Went to the bank today to cash my check (mind you I'm a minor) last time I went (2 weeks ago) there was a nice man named Preston and he cashed it through my father's account as a 3rd party check it was good when I walk in today there's a very rude lady named Angie or something she was so rude and caught the biggest attitude with me and my dad telling me in a baby voice "if your old enough to get paid your old enough to get id" it was so rude and honestly made me never want to go there again

I’ve been with Regions Bank, and it’s been nothing but frustration lately. They put a 3–7 day hold on my payroll checks, which means I can’t access my own hard-earned money for nearly a week. This makes it extremely difficult to manage bills and everyday expenses. A bank should make it easier for customers to access their funds, not harder. I’ll definitely be looking at other banking options that respect their customers’ time and paychecks.
Went to open an account and the teller acted like I was a bother. Asked for the manager and she came out rude like she didn’t want to be at work. Recommend going to another branch or another bank..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The managers name is Sandra… I hope corporate reads this and does something about it… the People of Tupelo are tired of her!!! Deserves 0 stars
