When I arrived, there was about a 20-minute wait because they were understaffed. However, Mrs. Kathy Lansdell consistently checked on me and made sure I was well taken care of. During our conversation, she made me feel very welcome, and it was truly heartwarming. You could tell she genuinely loves her job. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful to her.

I was in line a lady came in to withdraw money, they had a cash shortage and let the lady know they were unable to give her cash didn’t refer her to another branch explain why or anything once the lady left star made a joke about the lady being upset and stated “should have told her I can give you the 5k in 10s see if that would have made her day” I just feel like as a bank teller dealing with someone’s money it’s nothing funny about not being able to provide the service yall are driven to do.
