Naté is one of the most personable, professional and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with there. Very Thorough and sincere. I honestly wish there were more people of her caliber with excellent customer service that she provided to me and any customer that comes her way.. I’ve personally seen people with a down look, but after interaction with her, they leave with a smile. Retain and promote she deserves it.
Outrageous fees for cashing a simple check, BS policies that keep me from my money. Will be closing my account as soon as possible and go with someone who actually cares about their customers more than money
I always get GREAT customer service at the five points REGION bank. Love the manager's service and her entire staff . They are a good team.
5 Points Branch is the best! But the in house (online banking) moving of your money is antiquated and not fairly instant like other card services provided by other banks. In this last instance I had to wait, due to the holiday for 6 days before my card had a positive balance, a card vital to my travel and business needs. $3,000 payment held in "outer space" for 6 days. This is unacceptable.
